2004 Coming Up Taller Awards Semifinalists
The President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities, and its Coming Up Taller partners, the Institute of Museum and Library Services, National Endowment for the Arts, and National Endowment for the Humanities, are proud to announce the 2004 Coming Up Taller Award Semifinalists.
